2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Because each piece is hand-finished, small natural variations in stone placement and finish are normal and not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order - for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error - in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces
Commissioned and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you following a consultation, and are non-refundable once production has begun, except where faulty. Full terms are confirmed in writing before any bespoke commission is started.
